Robert is a native of Las Vegas and a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also earned his Master of Business from the University of Phoenix and currently holds a professional license in Civil Engineering. In his twenty plus years of experience, he has excelled in various fields of engineering including electrical, theater automation, civil land development and natural gas. His work has taken him to the four corners of the United States along with Mexico. He has had the privilege to work on a wide array of projects including a multi-billion dollar land development project in Las Vegas, a sixty-foot wide video board high atop Time Square New York, and a multi-million dollar redesign of a natural gas pressure limiting station. Currently, Robert works for Southwest Gas Corporation in Las Vegas where he manages the movement of up to 200 BCF of natural gas annually for Southwest Gas customers in three states.
Trisha Nakakura, E.I.
Trisha is currently an engineer with Atkins Global in the Water Infrastructure group. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She works on various design projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley and southwestern region of the United States. Her project experience ranges from utility coordination, water distribution pipelines and facilities, wastewater pump stations, sanitary sewer conveyance, stormwater sampling, and roadway utility design. Fun Facts: Trisha was born and raised on Oahu, Hawaii. She loves to travel, especially to Disney World. She also has a passion for escape rooms.
Naik Banavathu, P.E.
Ninyo & Moore
Naik is currently a Principal Engineer in the Las Vegas office of Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants. He graduated from University of Texas at Arlington with a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering and has more than 14 years of professional experience providing geotechnical engineering services for municipal, federal, military, and private sector projects. He has directed the geotechnical aspects of a large variety of engineering projects, including solar plants, pump stations, pipelines, reservoirs, waste-water collection and treatment facilities, storm water channels and detention basins, bridges, roadways, park and recreational facilities, commercial and municipal developments, and other infrastructure.
~Naik is registered as a Professional Civil Engineer in Nevada and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), and American Public Works Association (APWA).
Gari Lindsey, E.I.
Las Vegas Valley Water District
Gari is a native of Las Vegas and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is currently working at the Las Vegas Valley Water District as an Engineering Plans Examiner. She has worked on various design project throughout Las Vegas and Southern California. She has a background in land development, water and wastewater Infrastructure design, storm water sampling, natural gas fueling station design, and utility coordination and design. Gari loves spending time with family and friends, cooking, going to concerts, and traveling.

Rosaura Gallagher, E.I.
Clark County Water Reclamation District
Rosaura is a project manager for the Clark County Water Reclamation District Engineering Department. She has worked for CCWRD Engineering since June 2014. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering and applied physics. She has more than 25 years of experience in the planning, design and construction of water and wastewater utility infrastructure, sustainable LEED design, and is a Certified Construction Manager. Prior to CCWRD, she worked for the Las Vegas Valley Water District, which included sustainable design and construction as a project manager for the Las Vegas Springs Preserve.

Ching Wang, P.E.
Regional Flood Control District
Ching has worked with government engineering since 2000 and is currently with the Regional Flood Control District as a Senior Civil Engineering in charge of all land development projects with regional significance. His primary engineering focus is on water resources with large scale hydraulic modeling using BIM and GIS data, GIS integration for engineering practices, IT and GIS enabled dashboards for dynamic and static engineering databases (projects, master plans, etc) for transparency and assisting management decision-making processes and developing solutions with story-driven maps on pre-post engineering and project progression comparisons. Ching graduated Summa Cum Laude with University Honors and Department Honors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with the College of Engineering and the Honors College. In his spare time, he enjoys both outdoors activities such as hiking and exploring nature as well as fun indoor activities such as creating and hosting escape rooms.

Clark County Water Reclamation District
Rozzele is a project engineer for the Clark County Water Reclamation District Construction Management department. She is currently involved on various capital improvement projects that are in active construction and in design. Prior to CCWRD, she worked for Southern Nevada Water Authority and NV Energy, which included work on calculating carbon emissions for the organization and substation standards. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and is currently pursuing her Masters of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

After receiving a bachelor’s degree from Utah State University in Civil Engineering and completing the coursework for a master’s degree (completed in 2000) in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical Engineering emphasis, Martin has been practicing Geotechnical Engineering since 1999. He has participated in a wide variety of projects including transportation, flood control, pipeline, high-rise, commercial, industrial, mining, and residential projects. He has been the Geotechnical and Environmental Department Manager for NOVA Geotechnical & Inspection Services since October 2013 and has been practicing in the Las Vegas Valley since 2000.
